Start with the home's character
The cemented design should grow from the architectural character of the home — its style, massing, colour and material palette. A design that references the existing building language always looks more considered than a design imported from a completely different architectural context. Choose a pattern family, not a pattern
Selecting one pattern for each product in isolation leads to a property elevation that looks assembled rather than designed.
